Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to government agency visitors and the general public.
- Process, verify, and file administrative documents, applications, and records accurately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive government data and personnel files.
- Assist in coordinating inter-departmental meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding services and regulations.
- Monitor office supply inventory and submit orders for necessary materials.
- Support the team in organizing community outreach events and presentations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or clerical roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid California Driverβs License and reliable transportation are preferred.
