Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage community outreach programs and public events.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and policy recommendations for county leadership.
- Liaise with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental activities and budget expenditures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government or public sector administration.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal government processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government database systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
