Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and security logs to ensure facility safety and compliance with government protocols.
- Perform routine data entry, document processing, and filing for sensitive government records.
- Respond to security alerts and emergency situations by coordinating with on-call personnel.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment in accordance with safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly shift reports and operational logs.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Background Check: Must pass a thorough background investigation and security clearance process.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in government, security, or administrative operations.
- Shift Work: Ability and willingness to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency with basic office software and communication equipment.
