Responsibilities
- Oversee Night Shift Operations: Manage the daily workflow of security, logistics, and facility maintenance teams during the night cycle.
- Security Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to government security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a diverse team of technicians and security personnel to ensure peak performance.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve operational issues, safety violations, and facility emergencies in real-time.
- Reporting: Generate and submit detailed shift reports to senior management and government oversight bodies.
- Resource Allocation: Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and staffing levels to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or security within a government or defense contractor setting.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to brief senior officials.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
