Responsibilities
- Monitor city systems and databases during overnight hours to ensure operational continuity
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with first responders during off-peak hours
- Generate daily compliance reports for state and federal regulatory agencies
- Conduct security audits of digital infrastructure and document vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via secure communication platforms

Qualifications
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or public sector operations

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Knowledge of FEMA/NIMS emergency response protocols preferred
