Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical government infrastructure systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with law enforcement/first responders
- Process time-sensitive documentation and data entry with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct security patrols and surveillance of state facilities
- Generate daily operational reports for morning leadership team
- Train and mentor new night shift personnel
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- US citizenship and valid Missouri driver's license
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or security operations
- Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance within 30 days
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting software
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Class E Missouri Security Guard License preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability a plus
