Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including patrol coordination and incident response
- Monitor surveillance systems and dispatch emergency services during off-hours
- Conduct facility security checks and enforce safety protocols
- Document shift activities and prepare detailed incident reports
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Respond to critical incidents with calm, decisive leadership
Qualifications
- US citizenship and valid Illinois driver's license
- Minimum 3 years law enforcement or security management experience
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong crisis management and communication skills
- Proficient in surveillance technology and incident reporting software
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
- Pass background check and psychological evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
