Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze government databases during off-peak hours to ensure data integrity and security.
- Prepare and review sensitive government documentation and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with federal agencies and internal stakeholders regarding night shift operations.
- Assist in the implementation of new government regulations and compliance protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and audit findings.
- troubleshoot technical issues within government systems during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external government partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting, public administration, or data analysis.
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
