Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization, assisting with administrative functions, data management, and client relations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of government projects and serving the public with integrity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming inquiries, process documentation, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Project Coordination: Assist project managers in tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and coordinating schedules for government initiatives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to government officials, community members, and stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input data into government databases and analyze trends to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials for internal and external government briefings.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced office environment.
