Responsibilities
- Oversee Night Operations: Monitor and manage daily activities during the night shift to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases related to government logistics and inventory.
- Security Compliance: Enforce strict security protocols and access controls to protect sensitive government assets.
- Report Generation: Compile and submit timely, high-quality daily and weekly operational reports to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and communication systems to ensure functionality.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal government security requirements.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or government services.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
