Responsibilities
- Monitor Compliance: Oversee weekend regulatory compliance activities and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal government standards.
- Permit Processing: Review and process permits and applications submitted during off-peak hours to ensure timely service delivery.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all weekend operations and stakeholder interactions.
- Field Inspections: Conduct necessary site inspections and surveys during the weekend shift to verify compliance and safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners during weekend hours, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly operational reports summarizing weekend activities, issues encountered, and resolution statuses.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government, public sector, or highly regulated industry environment.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (typically Friday through Sunday) on a rotating basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government database management systems.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulations into clear instructions.
