Responsibilities
- Process and review administrative paperwork, permits, and licenses for weekend operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens visiting the government center during off-hours.
- Manage and update digital databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct facility inspections and security checks to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend community outreach events and public information sessions.
- Answer high-volume phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with government standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid Green Card.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts).
- Ability to pass a standard government background check and security clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a government or municipal office setting is highly desirable.
