Responsibilities
- Document Processing: Accurately review, verify, and process government permits, forms, and applications.
- Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to the public, addressing inquiries regarding weekend services and procedures.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal databases with high precision to ensure data integrity.
- Agency Coordination: Communicate effectively with federal and state agencies to resolve urgent cases and document discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure all weekend operations adhere to strict government regulations and security protocols.

- Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the weekend work area.
Qualifications

- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
