Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension administration or government finance experience
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Oracle HCM)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and Ohio pension laws
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in financial calculations
- Valid government security clearance preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desirable
