Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle contract management for DoD procurement projects
- Develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Monitor contract performance and manage vendor relationships
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and program offices
- Prepare contract modifications and amendments
- Maintain accurate contract documentation in FPDS-NG
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years federal procurement experience
- CPCM or DAWI certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
