Responsibilities

- Implement policy updates per state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate participant records using government systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or government finance experience
- Certified Public Pension Administrator (CPPA) preferred
- Proficiency with government payroll systems (e.g., CalPERS, ERS)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and state pension regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
