Responsibilities

- Conduct financial modeling and actuarial analysis for pension fund sustainability
- Collaborate with HR departments to integrate retirement benefits with employee compensation packages
- Prepare regulatory reports and ensure adherence to federal/state pension laws
- Develop educational materials for participants on retirement planning strategies
- Oversee pension fund investments and monitor market performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience in government or regulated financial institutions
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and Nevada state pension codes
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage confidential data with strict compliance protocols
