Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy data and draft actionable recommendations for state agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
