Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legislative proposals and regulatory impacts
- Research and draft policy briefs for state officials
- Collaborate with cross-functional government teams
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop data-driven recommendations for public programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of NC state government structure
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Project management certification preferred
