Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate federal/state/local program compliance and effectiveness
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy improvements and budget optimization

- Prepare comprehensive reports for legislative bodies and executive leadership
- Manage grant applications and ensure regulatory adherence

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau)
- Knowledge of federal/state/local regulations (e.g., CFR, CA Gov Code)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Active security clearance preferred
