Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support the development of federal policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of government programs and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance standards and ensure all agency operations adhere to federal guidelines.
- Manage complex databases to track program performance and metrics.
- Facilitate communication between government entities and external partners to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government operations, policy analysis, or a related administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government reporting software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
