- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support municipal planning and policy development.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and city council.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in the development of strategic goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government or public sector administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
