Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of state government programs.
- Prepare complex reports and briefings for executive leadership and legislative bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policy recommendations.
- Monitor federal and state regulations to ensure agency compliance and fiscal accountability.
- Manage stakeholder communications to provide transparency on program performance and outcomes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions for cost reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government, public sector, or policy analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legislation and translate it into actionable steps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a valid driver’s license.
