Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-million dollar public infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with city departments, contractors, and community stakeholders
- Develop and implement program budgets and performance metrics
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend strategic improvements
- Manage compliance with federal/state regulations and procurement protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex challenges
- Prepare executive reports and legislative presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of government program management experience
- Proven track record with capital project oversight
- Strong knowledge of California municipal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or CPMP certification preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
