Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic program plans aligned with city objectives and federal compliance requirements
- Manage $5M+ budgets, ensuring fiscal accountability and resource optimization
- Lead cross-departmental task forces to resolve complex municipal challenges
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare detailed reports for city council presentations
- Oversee vendor contracts and performance metrics for public-private partnerships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of program management experience in government or regulated sectors

- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2 certified)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in policy impact assessment
