Responsibilities
- Oversee city-wide program implementation and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage cross-departmental projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Prepare detailed reports for city council and stakeholder presentations
- Lead process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Ensure ADA and Title VI compliance in all programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years government/public sector program management experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in government grant management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with budget forecasting and fiscal reporting
