Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume state records and documents during weekend shifts to ensure operational continuity.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming data and update state databases with strict adherence to federal and state regulations.
- Assist the public and state agencies with inquiries regarding archived materials and document retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive government information and ensure compliance with the Ohio Public Records Act.
- Perform regular audits of weekend-generated reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Records Management, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a government or public sector environment is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
