Responsibilities
- Lead program implementation and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Manage budget allocation and fiscal reporting for $2M+ portfolios
- Coordinate cross-departmental stakeholder communications
- Develop performance metrics and quarterly progress reports
- Oversee grant applications and funding compliance
- Train staff on policy updates and procedural changes
- Conduct community outreach and partnership development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years government/nonprofit program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., Grants.gov)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Advanced knowledge of OMB Circulars and procurement regulations
- Experience managing multi-year federal/state grants
- Strong analytical and quantitative reporting skills
- Certified Public Manager (CPM) preferred
