Responsibilities
- Develop and execute municipal programs aligned with city strategic initiatives
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare comprehensive compliance reports
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects with federal/state agencies
- Manage grant applications and fiscal compliance documentation
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Monitor program metrics and prepare executive briefings
- Lead public policy research and legislative analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government/public sector experience required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven grant management and budget administration skills
- Strong written/verbal communication and public speaking abilities
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
- Tennessee residency preferred
