Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public sector experience
- Strong analytical and policy research capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in government compliance regulations
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience with public budgeting processes
