Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will support federal agencies in policy analysis, program evaluation, and compliance reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of government services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze federal policies and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal program performance.
- Prepare complex reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new federal initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements for federal projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all program activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Federal Government or a related sector.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
