Responsibilities
- Develop and implement municipal programs aligned with city strategic goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of program management or public sector experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with government grant applications and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
