Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government program management
- Proficiency in federal grant compliance regulations (e.g., 2 CFR 200)
- Advanced knowledge of California state/local government operations
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Valid California driver's license required
