Responsibilities
- Develop and implement statewide public health programs aligned with federal guidelines
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Coordinate interagency partnerships to maximize service delivery
- Manage grant applications and compliance reporting
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare detailed program evaluations and performance metrics
- Mentor junior staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in government/nonprofit program management
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau)
- Knowledge of Illinois state regulations and federal compliance
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
