Responsibilities
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend improvements for municipal programs
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects with 15+ agencies
- Prepare detailed reports for City Council and Mayoral Office
- Manage grant applications ($500K+ annual budgets)
- Conduct public consultations and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government or nonprofit program experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- PA residency required at time of hire
- Valid driver's license
- Clearances: FBI background check and child abuse clearance
- Strong grant writing and policy evaluation skills
- Experience with Philadelphia municipal systems preferred
