Responsibilities
- Design and implement federal programs addressing community needs in the Tampa Bay area
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare detailed compliance reports for regulatory bodies
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities
- Manage program budgets exceeding $500K with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Develop performance metrics and conduct program evaluations
- Provide technical guidance to local government partners and community organizations
- Represent the agency in public forums and legislative hearings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government program management or public sector roles
- Proficiency in federal grant writing and compliance frameworks (OMB, OMB Circulars)
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Valid U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience with community engagement and stakeholder management
