Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of municipal infrastructure projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and procurement protocols
- Develop detailed project plans with risk mitigation strategies
- Present progress reports to city council and executive leadership
- Implement agile methodologies for public works initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years government project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent public sector credential
- Expertise in municipal budgeting and procurement systems
- Strong knowledge of California Public Contract Code
