Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming government documents and archival materials efficiently.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records within our secure database systems.
- Assist the public with information requests and document retrievals during weekend hours.
- Ensure strict compliance with state privacy laws and retention policies.
- Perform routine filing, inventory audits, and organization of records storage facilities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in administrative support, records management, or government services is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
