Responsibilities
- Manage and verify high-volume data entry and record archiving tasks during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal government regulations regarding information handling.
- Assist the public and internal departments with the retrieval and processing of official documents.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to maintain the accuracy of the departmental database.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or Records Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or government services.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic database management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
