Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in public administration/sociology
- 2+ years customer service or government operations experience
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays with weekday flexibility for training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital service platforms
- Valid New York State driver's license (if required for field duties)
- Pass background check and security clearance process
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
