Responsibilities
- Monitor government facilities and critical infrastructure through advanced CCTV and motion detection systems
- Conduct regular patrols across designated municipal zones during night hours
- Respond immediately to security breaches, alarms, and emergency incidents
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Operate biometric access control systems and perimeter security technology
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Train junior security officers on night shift protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years professional security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure nighttime environments
- Proficient with surveillance systems and access control technology
- Strong communication skills and crisis response capabilities
- Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be US citizen or legal permanent resident
