Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol premises 24/7 to prevent security breaches
- Respond to emergency incidents (fire alarms, medical emergencies) with precision
- Conduct thorough facility inspections and document security violations
- Operate advanced security equipment (access control, biometric scanners)
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs
- Train junior staff on emergency protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and access control technology
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
- First Aid/CPR certification (provided if not currently certified)
