Responsibilities
- Monitor facility operations during overnight hours ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Document security incidents and administrative reports with precision
- Coordinate emergency response procedures during off-peak periods
- Conduct regular facility inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Train and mentor new staff on night shift protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Manage visitor access and screening during overnight hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years security or public safety experience
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7PM-7AM)
