Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during weekend operations.
- Process applications, permits, and documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor and maintain facility security and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend community events and civic programs.
- Perform data entry and update digital records in government databases.
- Enforce local regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure seamless workflow during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, government operations, or public administration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
