Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Jacksonville residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process permits, licenses, and municipal documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate weekend emergency response protocols and incident reporting
- Maintain digital records and databases in compliance with Florida Sunshine Laws
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and maintenance coordination
- Support weekend community outreach initiatives and public events
- Prepare weekly shift reports for municipal leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year government or public sector experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and municipal software systems
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Flexible availability to work weekends and occasional holidays
- US citizenship or legal permanent residency status required
