Responsibilities
- Process citizen requests and provide public assistance during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Maintain accurate records for government compliance and reporting

Qualifications
- US citizenship and valid Florida driver's license

- Availability for full-time weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday)
- Pass federal background check and security clearance

- Strong crisis management and public communication skills
