Responsibilities
- Manage public service programs ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Process citizen requests and resolve inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy implementation
- Prepare detailed reports for legislative review and public transparency
- Conduct field inspections and maintain regulatory compliance records
- Train staff on new procedures and technological updates
- Represent agency at community outreach events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years government or nonprofit experience
- Valid New York State driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance (if required)
- Knowledge of federal/state regulatory frameworks
- Citizenship or permanent residency status
