- Manage grant application timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners and stakeholders
- Analyze grant outcomes and report on program impact to funders

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience with 80%+ success rate
- Proven track record securing grants from diverse funding sources ($50k-$500k range)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Management, English)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Experience with nonprofit accounting and budget development
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Little Green Light)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with quick start requirement
