Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities from federal, state, corporate, and private foundations
- Develop compelling grant proposals tailored to funders' priorities and requirements
- Collaborate with program staff to gather accurate program data and impact metrics
- Manage grant reporting requirements and maintain compliance documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with funders through regular communication
- Analyze funding trends and prepare funding strategy reports
- Maintain accurate grant pipeline tracking in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in researching diverse funding sources (government, corporate, foundation)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience with grant management databases (e.g., Salesforce, GrantStation)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
