Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototype development and feasibility studies.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry innovators and academic institutions.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Oversee the transition of experimental concepts into scalable product solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, product strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or pioneering new market segments.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate market shifts.
- Strong leadership presence and experience building high-performance engineering teams.
